1 exercise to look better in a tshit

In the summer, there is nothing better than a beautiful t-shirt with a short and loafers, but if you have a narrow flat chest with spaghetti arms, sorry the t-shirt going look awful.
Don’t panic you can grow a t-shirt chest with this bench press technics, you have to make bench press the first exercise you do in your push session and you have to train it 2 days per week or more, add reps and weight and sets every time you can, and see the chest of Arnold grow after every workout.

How to bench press to look good in a t-shirt:

1.      Lie under the bar, your eyes should be under it.
2.      Grab the bar, slightly wide than shoulder width.
3.      Squeeze your shoulder blades together, while rising your chest up.
4.      Squeeze your glutes and arch your lower back slightly, your lower back should never be flat on the bench.
5.      Your grip should be with your thumbs around the bar, the bar should be in the heel of the palm, and your wrists have to be straight.
6.      Unrack the bar after taking a big inhale and holding it in your stomach.
7.      Lower the bar to your middle chest or your nipples find what works best for you, hold your breath in your stomach at the bottom.
8.      Press up quickly with force
9.      Repeat again
Try to learn deep breathing (diaphragm breathing), means when you inhale your stomach extend

After finishing your four sets of 8-12 reps, use this technique:
Wait 30 second as many reps as you can then wait again then repeat for the last time.
